I am excited to announce our next Online Live Event: Dynamic Stillness: Exploring Active Meditation Techniques, and I know that many of you have been eagerly waiting to dive into this.

Many of you are curious about the techniques I use to access deeper levels of consciousness, connect with spiritual guides, and even access the Akashic Records. How can I tap into this while I am not one for "mindfulness," "quieting your mind," or "stillness" meditation techniques? When I find a moment of stillness, the universe starts whispering brilliant ideas to me, and instead of trying to push them away to achieve calm… LEAN INTO IT.

For me, Jose Silva's teachings have been incredibly influential because his methodology embraces ACTIVE Meditation. That sounds like a contradiction, but his techniques have empowered me to tap into realms of the mind that would have never reached if I stayed focused on “nothing.” To me, Jose Silva’s method was a game-changer for an active and quick mind like my own. Also, we will be drawing from the wisdom of other esteemed meditators, and I'll introduce some helpful tips and tricks from other techniques and various modalities. The goal is to provide you with a comprehensive toolkit that you can integrate into your practice.
