Side note - I broke my foot back in December and it was totally forced rest. I’m 52 and haven’t had any length of time to get the rest I’ve desperately needed since I started working at 15. Honestly it was life changing and made me realize I need it more. My astrologer told me last year I need a year in bed to rest before even starting treatment (I have a chronic illness). And damn she’s right! I also had Covid really bad at the end of 2021. I couldn’t walk for a month. I laid in a dark room and could not see light or hear sounds without feeling like my brain would explode. Intense. I’m surprised I survived. Two years out and I still have long haulers.
